Terms and Conditions

General

All goods for hire remain the property of Bake and Bloom Events. 

Photos will be taken and used for promotional purposes unless requested not to by the customer. 

Bake and Bloom Events cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of our equipment or consumption of baked goods at the event. 

No other items may be added to, attached to, or placed on the event table or decorations. This includes banners, lights etc.

Do not allow drinks to be placed on the table as this can cause a stain on the table cloth. Any damage incurred will incur a charge.

Any damage or missing items will be charged at the full replacement price. Substitutes will not be accepted. 

All of the baked goods are yours to keep so any left over at the end of your event, can be boxed up for you at your request. This will be given to you when we come to dismantle the set up. If no one is there to receive the box, they will be disposed of. 

 

Delivery / Set up / Dismantle

Delivery/Set up is within a 10 mile radius of B72 Sutton Coldfield Town centre. Events outside of this range may incur a mileage fee. 

Hire is up to 24 hours, but set up and dismantle is between 9am – 9pm (Sat & Sun) 11am- 9pm (Weekday). An out of hours fee ( Max £50) will be applied if you require a later dismantle. The latest being midnight. Dismantle for evening/late events are usually collected the next morning. If keeping the display until the next day, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the display and all its contents. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the venue, and get confirmation, to ensure there is enough space and time to set up your display table. Bake and Bloom Events will not be held responsible if the set up doesn’t fit, or are unable to get access to the venue. No refunds will be permitted in these circumstances. 

Dimensions:

Once set up, the entire display and all its contents cannot be moved or taken down by anyone other than a Bake and Bloom Events representative. 

Display is 2mx2m , 1m depth. 

Space required for set up: 3m squared. 

 

Allergies

All the baked goods contain GLUTEN, EGG, SOY and may contain NUTS due to manufacturing, and therefore it is the customers responsibility to protect any guests with any allergies. Bake and Bloom Events cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. 

 

Safety

The lights used will be PAT tested 12 months after they are first purchased. Then re tested every 12 months thereafter to ensure the safety of the equipment for your event. 

Please assure small children are supervised when consuming the baked goods to avoid the risk of choking. 

 

Payment

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event. When you pay the deposit, you are agreeing to all the Bake and Bloom Events terms and conditions

Payment can be made via card, cash or bank transfer, please inform us of what your preferred payment method is. 

 

Cancellation

Once you have confirmed your booking, you have 14 days to cancel if you change your mind, and your deposit will be refunded. Cancellation of your booking at any time after the 14-day period will result in the loss of your deposit. If the cancellation period is within 4 weeks of your event, a full payment will be required. 

 

Complaints

In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, please inform Bake and Bloom Events within 14 working days of your event. We reserve the right to refuse any complaint made after this time period.
